In November 2014, I was given the opportunity to speak at TedxKidsBC.  This was a dream for me and something that truly scared me.
As I was preparing to get vulnerable and share some uncomfortable things a lot of doubt entered my mind… who am I to think that I have something important to share?
Since sharing with friends, the conversations that this talk has started have reframed my thinking: Who am I not to share?

Mental Health is an important conversation.  Let’s talk! Post your comments below!

Huge shout out to the people who made this talk possible.
Rowand from BASA for speaking training
Joce Hemond
The whole TedxKidsBC Team for believing in me and giving me this opportunity and capturing the day on film!
Susan Washington for personal coaching
