Rocking my Run!

Do you listen to music when you run?  
I change my style what seems like everyday, depending on my mood, and how my body feels. 


When I’m in a really good mood, I like to pop in my favourite music, and sing along – and just start moving my feet.  Sometimes my run turns into a dance-like-no-one-is-watching dance-party…and I lose all technique and speed and i just become one with my favourite song. 

When I’m feeling sour or tired or moody, sometimes it takes everything I’ve got in my mind and body to go out for a run!!  And I want to go because I know that somehow everything will be easier – decisions will be easier, arguments will be less powerful, situations will be less stressful…but those first couple steps are the hardest! 
When I’m in one of those moods, MUSIC can help motivate me to start moving, and then to keep moving!!
