Orders may take 1 week of processing prior to shipping. We will let you know when we have shipped your order from our studio. We use UPS or Fedex for our standard shipping so please let us know in advance if you have a P.O. Box or and FPO/APO address and we will be happy to make alternate arrangements. Canceling/editing existing orders
At Sole Girls, we work quickly to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner. We are sorry, this does mean we typically can’t add, change, or cancel orders once an order is placed. We make every effort to keep our online store updates and current. On occasion, an item listed may be out of stock. If that is the case,
we will notify you through email and update your order.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if your expectations were not met, please let us know. All our sales are Final, and non refundable, or returnable.
