Yoga and Running!

Running and Yoga are an amazing partnership for so many reasons! When we start to run we are using new muscles and new actions that our bodies aren’t use to. We are also relieving frustrations and challenging ourselves in new activities. Yoga is another tool we can use to clear the mind and stretch the body creating mental and physical space!
8 week program starting July 2nd (16 Sole Girls sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-2:30pm.)
The Full Summer includes:
