Check out this recipe for my favourite smoothie!  It’s an equally energizing AND yummy afternoon snack!  Especially on these hot days!  It’s like eating ice-cream without all the WHOA sugars!   


The Kitsilano Sole Girls LOVED this smoothie at their final party!!  Give it a try!  I bet you won’t even taste the spinach!!

SOLE AWESOME TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE

1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk or water) – add more liquid if too thick
1-2 cups Spinach
1/2 cup frozen Mango
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Frozen Banana

Optional: Add 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds for protein and healthy fats!

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and enjoy!!

Makes 2-3 smoothies depending on how large you want them to be.
