Last year, we found out that Grade 7 graduation can be a challenging time for a lot of families because it has gotten to be very expensive and a really big deal.
All the pieces that go into making grad special like the dresses, the hair, the jewellery, and of course a lot of effort on our parents behalf are all part of the magical experience. Feeling included, and supported by having just the right look can add to our confidence.
Here’s what we did…

By March 2nd, we collected over 100 dresses from our Community and our own closets !!! Some of our Soleteers volunteered their time at the final event as well to help girls find the perfect dress that would let them SHINE!
Perhaps you’ve ever heard of the Cinderella Project – here is our very own North Vancouver version, but for TWEENS!

THIS YEAR …. Since you are due for some Spring Cleaning anyways, 😉 Perhaps it’s time to donate that dress that you wore once (perhaps for a wedding or graduation) and then possibly grew out of and haven’t worn since.  Here is the opportunity to let those Dresses Shine again and fulfill someone else’s dreams!

We are collecting all sizes gently used, or new! Because girls, just like adults are all different sizes of beautiful!

Donations can be dropped off to our Sole Girls Run at MEC RACE 1, or a Sole Girls program or to Sofiabella in Edgemont Village, beside Delaneys BEFORE March 8th!

Empower more girls and sign up for our SPRING SEASON!! As a leader or a Sole Girl!
